Developers partnered with TAYLOR to break ground in late Fall of 2019 on a new, four-story East End hotel, replacing the East Avenue Inn & Suites. The Courtyard by Marriott is adjacent and behind City Grill at East Avenue and Alexander Street, featuring a four-story, 91,717-square foot, 126 room hotel with 35 below grade parking spaces and 141 surface parking spaces. Managed in partnership with Essex Hotel. Management and designed by Silvestri Architects, the new hotel in the heart of the City of Rochester, will be modern in both design and its amenities.
