Taylor Announces Promotions and Partnership Expansion

East Rochester, N.Y., – TAYLOR is proud to announce the following promotions and additions to its partnership team as it continues to expand its client base and market reach:

Geoffrey Cook
Geoffrey Cook is joining as Partner and named Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. In his new role, he will continue to lead Marketing and Business Development. He will formulate, direct and coordinate all marketing, public relations, communications, and business development activities, with a focus on new client relationships and company growth.

Dan Daley
Dan Daley is joining as Partner and named Executive Project Manager. In his new role, he will continue management of high-profile hospitality, multifamily, and commercial projects in multiple markets, with a focus on strategic planning, scheduling, cost analysis and customer management.

Steven Hickey
Steven Hickey is joining as Partner. He will continue management of industrial and commercial projects in multiple markets, with a focus on strategic planning, scheduling, cost analysis and customer management.

Robert Key
Bob Key has been named General Operations Manager. In his new role, and as a continued Partner, he will continue to lead the estimating team and the pre-construction/pre-development department, as well as assist with operations for the entire company.

Fred Lehmann
Fred Lehmann has been named President. In his new role, and as a continued partner, he will continue to balance the quality, schedule, and budget demands of various larger clients, while managing on-site hiring, and company growth.

Jayne Penepent
Jayne Penepent has been named Chief Executive Officer. In her new role, and as a continued partner, she will continue to direct and manage all corporate finance and accounting, as well as being responsible for making major corporate decisions, and managing the overall operations/resources, as required by a growing construction firm.

Karl Schuler
Karl Schuler will continue his role of Managing Partner. Karl was most recently President.
